  1. The best remedy is to totally uninstall TurboTax and all associate files and then re-install. That will not delete or change any.tax2019 data file that had already been created with the tax data. To uninstall the application and all associated files need to be deleted and then the application reinstalled.

I am trying to install a copy of TurboTax on my Mac. I own the DVD/CD, but don't have an optical drive on my machine. I do have a spare Windows machine (Panasonic toughbook) that I can use, but when I open up the Turbotax folder, I do not see the DMG file.
The CD/DVD says it is for BOTH Windows and Mac. So I am assuming there is a dmg on there somewhere.
Anyone know how I can open it on the Windows machine, and transfer it to a thumbdrive so I can install it on my Mac?
