May 29, 2019  FALLOUT 76 AUTOMATIC RIFLE BUILDS ARE OP Kevduit. Unsubscribe from Kevduit? Well, only when you grind the mindless hours getting ammo for them. Oct 06, 2019  The Assault Rifle is a fully automatic ranged weapon that loads up to 40 Advanced Rifle Bullet at once. Assault Rifles sport an extremely high firerate, dealing almost the same amount of damage per shot of a Fabricated Pistol but twice as fast. In continuous fire, only a Pump-Action Shotgun at point-blank range is capable of beating its DPS capability, but if combined with Shadow Steak Saute. Dec 03, 2018  What about the most important cards i need to have equipped to get the most dmg outcome in the shortest time possible? I dont like using PA all the time Since respect option is closing in these questions come to my mind. What about gear? They say handmade rifle is the best automatic. I currently have it and it does only 80dmg. Is that decent?

An enjoyable Solo build based on automatic rifles and viable for both Power Armor and non-Power Armor users

This build is based on automatic rifles which have great fire-rate and scale their damage to insane levels with Furious Legendary mod on your weapon and Concentrated Fire Perk which increases your damage with every consecutive hit. We have set up this build for solo play, but it is fully viable as a team DPS as well. The Perks listed also don't include any Power Armor/non-Power Armor specific Perks, so you don't need to respec anything whether you are going to use one or not, making it much more reliable build for casual solo players.

Below you will find all the recommended Perks for each of the SPECIAL attributes and a brief introduction to this builds equipment and mutations.

You can also check our other builds on FO76 Builds and a beginner's guide to character customization

SPECIAL Attributes and Perk Cards

STRENGTH

[7 POINTS]

Take 45% less damage from your opponents' melee attacks

Armor weighs 50% less than normal

Ballistic weapon ammo weighs 90% less

Strength provides one of the best defensive Perks for this build. Also, some extra carry weight will also come in handy, and since you are using automatic rifles, reducing the weight of your ammo is very important

PERCEPTION

[15 POINTS]

Basic combat training means automatic rifles do +20% damage

Rigorous combat training means automatic rifles do +20% damage

Lifelong combat training means automatic rifles do +20% damage

Automatic rifles now reload 30% faster and have excellent hip fire accuracy

Your rifles ignore 36% armor and have a 9% chance to stagger

Perception is the most important stat for a Commando character. It increases your accuracy rating in VATS, and allow you to pick up all the important Perks that increase your automatic rifle damage

ENDURANCE

[8 POINTS]

Immediately gain +60 Fire Resistance

Your limb damage is completely eliminated

You gain much-increased benefit from being Well Fed or Well Hydrated

Endurance grants a few useful defensive Perks. Rejuvenated is very nice when it comes to playing solo, it increases your AP Regeneration, maximum Health, Damage Resistance and Disease Resistance

CHARISMA

[6 POINTS]

When adventuring alone, take 20% less damage and gain 30% AP regen

Stimpaks and RadAway will now work much more quickly

Charisma is the least important attribute for this Solo build. The only useful Perk we can get here is the Lone Wanderer which we suggest taking as soon as possible

INTELLIGENCE

[3 POINTS]

Stimpaks restore 45% more lost health

First Aid is very useful since you will be getting most of your healing from Stimpacks. Other than that, Intelligence is moderately important for this build

AGILITY

[9 POINTS]

Action Points regenerate 45% faster

Avoid 30% of incoming damage at the cost of 30 Action Points per hit

Sprinting consumes 40% fewer Action Points

Feb 18, 2016 Collection boost from melee caps at 500, but there is no damage cap, so melee will increase harvest speed after 500, but not harvest amount per target. Also, apparently the max melee is 800. Not ture my mam and does keep getting more and more resources from higher melee. No cap on it. And each dino has a set harvest rate. There are actually separate settings for harvest health and damage. Health affects all harvest nodes. Higher = more hits to harvest. Harvest Damage is further split into Character and Dino. Higher damage = fewer hits to harvest. By modifying all three of these you can adjust the value of using harvesting Dinos Vs doing it by hand. Ark does player dmg effect harvesting. I'm trying to find the best settings for single player. Any recommendations? What does the 'Dino Harvesting Damage' setting do? It's on 3.2 but I can't remember if I put it there or if it was like that. But after a bit you're likely to be gathering most things with the aid of a Dino of some kind, so I don't think it's that great. But bonus damage with your pike is never a bad thing. Melee Damage in ARK: Survival Evolved is a basic statistic for both players and creatures. It is a measure of the amount of extra damage dealt when attacking, or yield when harvesting renewable resources. Thus, a higher Melee Damage kills creatures and other players, as well as harvest resources, in fewer hits.

Agility is another important attribute in this build. It affects your maximum AP and AP Regeneration, which are extremely important for V.A.T.S. characters. Action Boy is mandatory, and the other Perks grant high DPS and defensive bonuses

LUCK

[6 POINTS]

While below 30% health, gain a 45% chance to avoid damage

15% bonus damage means enemies may explode into a gory red paste

A Mysterious Savior will more frequently appear to revive you when downed

Luck affects all actions you take in Fallout 76. In this build, it's mainly oriented about providing more defenses since this build does not use many defensive Perks

Equipment

ARMOR: There are no strict requirements for armors in this build. You can use anything you want including Power Armors (which is obviously the best pick)

WEAPON: Fully automatic Handmade Rifle and Radium Rifle are the best automatic rifles in Fallout 76. As long as you can manage ammo for them, you shouldn't even look at other weapons. Remember that Furious Legendary mod on your weapon is insanely powerful for this build

CHEMS: Orange Mentats are the best Chems for V.A.T.S. users. They increase your Perception by 5 and V.A.T.S. accuracy by an additional 10%

Mutations

Mutations can be exceptionally powerful for this build. If you manage to get the mutations listed below, remember to work out space for Starched Genes Perk if you want to keep them forever

  1. Eagle Eyes - increases your Critical Damage by 25% and Perception by 4, but reduces your Strenght by 4. It's one of the best mutations for this build
  2. Scaly skin - greatly increases your Damage and Disease Resistance at the cost of reduced maximum AP
  3. Carnivore - which makes it much easier to keep Well Fed buff at all times, but makes you unable to consume Vegetables
